amazing experience

helpful staff really good service

The service was consistently really good. The staff was helpful! i found the location ideal. It was a short walk to the city center. the breakfast offered many options. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety. the hotel's design impressed me, especially the blend of modern style with classic architecture.

i experienced a slight inconvenience during checkout, as the taxi arrangement was not handled as smoothly as i anticipated. there were two taxis instead of one suitable for our group and luggage! resulting in extra charges

the room offered byredo soap. the beds were comfortable, ensuring restful sleep, and the rooms got cleaned daily with provided signs. the room included necessary features.

the hotel features a communal lounge area that provided a calming, peaceful ambiance. the rooftop pool offered an opportunity for relaxation with views. there is also a fitness area, though small, that allows for basic exercise routines.

breakfast included fresh local ingredients, such as various egg dishes. the xalest restaurant provided a high-quality dining experience with excellent service. coffee and drinks were of a high standard, with a la carte options also available!

fantastic location beautiful design careless staff double payment

the location is fantastic, so i could easily reach many shops and restaurants. the hotel design is beautiful, and i found the communal spaces very calming.. breakfast was very good, with plenty to choose from each morning.

the reception staff handled our airport transfer carelessly. they were unable to call a suitable taxi, telling us they would book through an app without knowing which one would arrive. we ended up paying double for two taxis.
